From the beginning of her career, Ewa Kaluzinska has consistently provide her skills as a legal counselor and a tax adviser to multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, working on cross-border projects and on optimization of legal norms including tax law
Whether at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte in Paris or at Gide Loyrette Nouel (GLN) in Warsaw, she operated on national and international issues in business law, commercial law, international taxation, implantation and foreign investment.
In Paris at the Department of Corporate National & International Tax of Ernst & Young, she worked with CAC40 companies or subsidiaries of international groups on issues concerning due diligence, permanent establishment, tax residence, interpretation of tax treaties, tax litigation and tax optimization.
FRANCE
After several years in this highly specialized field, she decided to significantly expand her areas of intervention. Firstly, at Perpignan she managed the departmental office of the law firm SOFIRAL. This very general consulting experience in business law toward the business leaders particularly sensitized her to entrepreneurial issues.
Few years later, she joined MBA & Associés, a business law firm in Montpellier, which is a member of Warwick Legal Network (WLN) with corresponding offices throughout Europe, Russia and CIS. She found the international context to which she was familiar especially with missions for foreign clients doing business in France. She worked on the corporate and M&A projects, commercial law and tax planning. As Montpellier is known as a center of excellence and a welcoming place for start-ups in ICT, health, biotechnology, water, she discovered the very promising high-tech industry and innovation, environment. Her Cooperation with the Business Innovation Center (BIC) allowed her to support several kinds of start-ups in the development of their international activities
She offered her services and expertise to companies such as in tax law, real estate law, company law (set-up, transfer, development, recapitalization, business angels or institutional investments, partnerships …. commercial law (leases, contracts, guarantees) and social law. She assists clients in negotiations with their French or foreign business partners, employees or administrations.
Particularly sensitive to intercultural issues, Ewa Kaluzinska has a great ability to understand entrepreneurial issues and to provide pragmatic solutions.

With D2K Law firm Ewa Kaluzinska supports companies in their projects in France and abroad such as in set-up, restructuring, mergers, partnership, acquisition, in their tax planning objectives. With her mastery of French law and her international experiences she became a necessary adviser for the Eastern European companies with projects in France and French companies that are doing business with Poland and / or Russia.
INTERNATIONAL
Eva Kaluzinska is an active member of the French-Polish chamber of commerce (CCIFP) in Warsaw. Throughout the territory of Poland, she works closely with law firms and other francophone professionals and developed a network contributing to the effectiveness of the settlement of her clients and the security of their operations.
In addition, she participates in the work of the International Committee of the Association of legal counsel of Enterprises (ACE), a structure of professionals that are reunited to collaborate and to influence French and European legislation.
Ewa Kaluzinska holds a master in corporate law and taxation (DJCE) and master degree in business law and taxation. She is bilingual French – Polish (mother tongue) and fluent in English and Russian after having lived and studied in St Petersburg (Russia).
