Me Dekeuwer elected to the supervisory board of Vivapolis

Me Dekeuwer gets elected to the supervisory broad of Vivapolis, the Institute for Sustainable City.

Vivapolis is an association established under the French Law of 1901. It gathers the members of the sustainable city community, bringing together public and private resources and expertise. Its work agenda is designed around four main tasks:

  •                 Supporting innovation;
  •                 Creating and enlivening the French portal of reference on sustainable city;
  •                 Spreading research and formation on of the comprehensive approach of the city;
  •                 Supporting the French know-how at an international level

Within this framework, the Vivapolis network organizes multidisciplinary working groups to advise the holders of innovative projects in their interrogations on the operating mode, design and use of the city of tomorrow.

Me Dekeuwer has been elected to the supervisory board in order to make available for Vivapolis the expertise and experience of D2K Avocats in Law of associations, International Law and Environmental Law.

She will have the honor to participate on the work of the association alongside major actors.

Public actors, at state level with for example Business France, or the national urban renovation Agency, and at local level with several municipalities and municipality communities: Dunkerque, Grenoble, Orleans.

The supervisory board also include renowned companies of the construction and energy sectors, such as Vinci, Veolia, Engie or SNCF, and other private experts (WWF France, Syntec engineering and Advancity).
